When we asked Jerry what advice he would have for other woodworking business owners thinking about automation, this is what he said:

It’s hard to understand the difference it will make to have a router, until you actually have one. We are a small shop and while we bought a machine that can run 24/7, we are still profitable running it just 10 hours a week.
